Dr. Nicole Durga

Nicole is Vitality at Home’s Senior Physical Therapist and Director of Business Development and Client Experience. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Grand Valley State University in 2012 and her bachelor’s degree in Physical and Psychological Wellness in 2009 from the University of Olivet. She holds Physical Therapy licenses in the states of Michigan and Ohio. Nicole is a Grand Rapids native who has over 20 years of healthcare and leadership experience.

Nicole specializes in coaching patients and clients through the journey of closing the gap between opportunity and results. Her experience spans a wide range of patient and client populations, including individuals with neurological conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease; those recovering from surgeries such as total hip replacement, total knee replacement, and spinal procedures; as well as individuals facing balance impairments and fall-risk challenges that impact their quality of life.

When Nicole is not working, she enjoys reading, traveling, or golfing with her husband and two children. She is a keynote speaker, serves on several boards and advisory councils, and spends most evenings and weekends driving her son and daughter to their various sports and activities.
